We are happy for you to visit (by appt), but before 8 weeks we do not let anyone in the nursery or the house if they are nursing (living room). That is for their welfare and safety. We love getting to know you better.

All of our dogs are brushed once or twice a week along with teeth and ear cleaning. Nails clipped every 2 to 3 weeks and hugged daily. They have large areas to play and hang out and their own space to rest. Nothing compares to being the adored pet in a family, but we come as close as is humanly possible. We love them all deeply and when they go to homes the love does not end. In short, we care from birth to their twilight years.

Beowulf Mastiffs Global has bred over 800 Champions with titles that span the globe, many with group placements, Best In Show, and Best in Specialty show wins.

We have proudly bred the top Mastiffs in 12 countries and work to support their owners who are leading the way for wonderful Mastiffs/Frenchies across the world.

What is most important is that they are good family members.

Beowulf Mastiff Global & Beowulf French Bulldogs believe that soundness of mind and body is essential. Our Mastiffs are traditionally fit, lean, and loveable. While our mastiffs are content to share your couch, they are also capable of jogging 2 to 5 miles. They are gentle, but protective, massive yet lean. Our Frenchies have no idea what is wrong with you wanting to jog 2 to 5 miles but graciously will keep your seat warm on the couch till you get back. Most of all, Mastiffs and Frenchies both simply have a strong desire to be loved by you.

From birth to 3 weeks they have a human with them 24/7. Mom’s nurse and we follow with a bottle. This part is more for us, we love to hold, hug and kiss them. Puppies only care about eating so without the bottle they are not interested in us. It is baby bribery…..

We chart who is eating and what and when they are eliminating. This also gives us the unique opportunity to observe their individual personalities from the very beginning.

At approximately 3 to 4 weeks old, Mom will stop cleaning up after the babies, it is at this time we begin to teach them where they can go potty. Puppies that are kept in a very clean environment, train easily.

In addition, they have also had their teeth brushed, nails clipped and ears cleaned.

Mastiffs and Frenchies need socialization for sound mental and emotional development. But please do NOT go to dog parks (EVER), super stores, or any pet store or paws on the ground around or at any veterinary until they are 10 days past their 12 weeks parvo/distemper vaccine.

At 7 weeks the puppies are neurologically complete. This means they have done all they need to do with their Mom and littermates. We are able to observe their core personality traits and find out which puppy was born to be yours based on the information you shared with us.

At 8 weeks of age, our puppies are placed in their new homes, where they will promptly try to steal your heart as each and every one of them has stolen mine.

One of the singularly most important decisions you will ever make for the longevity and health of your puppy or older dog is what you choose to feed them.

We STRONGLY recommend you feed what we feed all of ours and your puppy has been on since 3 weeks old. It is quite simply the best. Human grade, fresh, and come to your door on auto-ship.

Go to the NUTRITION page and click on “Learn More”. Please order either the All Life Stage formula for the Mastiffs or older Frenchies or the Small breed formula for the Frenchies.

Also, consider the wellness vitamins. All their products are synergistic and can not imbalance your dog/puppy. It matters and they love it!
